My domestic order shipped more than a week ago, where is it? Is there a tracking number?

If your order has already been shipped through either USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail, a tracking number will automatically be emailed to you via the courier. Please feel free to contact us if you have not received your tracking number more than two days after your order has shipped.

Most orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail are received within two to three business days. If you have not received your order fourteen business days after it has shipped, please contact us to initiate an insurance claim, if eligible.

Please note that uninsured USPS Priority Mail packages containing orders valued at under $250 are shipped with delivery confirmation numbers, not tracking numbers. Delivery confirmation numbers only indicate when and where a package has been delivered.
