My international order shipped more than a week ago, where is it? Is there a tracking number?

If your order has already been shipped, a tracking number will automatically be emailed to you via the courier. Please feel free to contact us if you have not received your tracking number more than two days after your order has shipped.

Most orders shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail are received within six to ten business days. Please keep in mind that your country's customs department can retain your package for four to six weeks. If you have not received your order forty five days after it has shipped, please contact us to initiate an insurance claim, if eligible.
